Here at Care Compass Solutions, it is our mission to connect top-tier registered nurses with healthcare organizations in need, with the goal of providing safe, compassionate and equitable care to all we serve. We staff per-diem Registered Nursing roles in the following counties: Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Kern.

As the founder of this organization, and an Intensive Care RN myself, I wanted to create a company that values the people who work tirelessly for our communities.
